The event celebrated local talent,\r\n creativity and community spirit, with something on offer for all ages.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section class=\"panel\" aria-labelledby=\"highlights\">\r\n <h2 id=\"highlights\">Highlights from the day<\/h2>\r\n <p>\r\n The show featured a wide variety of attractions, demonstrations and community activities.\r\n Visitors were able to enjoy craft and horticultural classes, with entries from people of all ages,\r\n alongside live entertainment and family-friendly attractions.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n <div class=\"grid\">\r\n <div class=\"card\">\r\n <h3>Competitions and entries<\/h3>\r\n <p>\r\n Craft and horticultural classes welcomed entries from across the community, showcasing\r\n creativity, skill and local pride.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <div class=\"card\">\r\n <h3>Entertainment and displays<\/h3>\r\n <p>\r\n Attractions included the Town Crier, a Piper, music from Brenda Collins, Falconry Days\r\n displays, Leon\u2019s exotic animals and True Trades blacksmith demonstrations.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <div class=\"card\">\r\n <h3>Family activities<\/h3>\r\n <p>\r\n Visitors also enjoyed free face painting, tombolas and a wide range of stalls and vendors\r\n throughout the event.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section class=\"panel\" aria-labelledby=\"new-for-2025\">\r\n <h2 id=\"new-for-2025\">New for 2025<\/h2>\r\n <p>\r\n New features introduced this year proved especially popular. RPM Bike Displays, sponsored by the\r\n Banks Community Fund, presented a series of demonstrations to launch the\r\n <strong>Boards, Bikes and Brushes: Chilton Young People\u2019s Project<\/strong>.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <p>\r\n Visitors also welcomed <strong>Chi Chilton Taekwondo<\/strong>, who are looking to re-establish the\r\n martial arts club in the town, and <strong>Bishop FM<\/strong>, who broadcast live from the main marquee.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section class=\"panel\" aria-labelledby=\"community-thanks\">\r\n <h2 id=\"community-thanks\">Thanks to the community<\/h2>\r\n <p>\r\n Chilton Town Council, as event organisers, would like to thank everyone who attended and supported\r\n the event. The day was made possible by the contribution of community groups, volunteers, judges\r\n and partner organisations who worked hard to make the show a success.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <p>\r\n Thanks go to all those involved, including Chilton Scout Group, Great Aycliffe Rotary,\r\n Great Aycliffe Cancer Support Group, St John\u2019s Ambulance, NERAMS and the Police.\r\n Special thanks also go to the volunteers who worked tirelessly throughout the day and to the judges\r\n who took on the difficult task of selecting winners from so many strong entries.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section class=\"panel\" aria-labelledby=\"special-guest\">\r\n <h2 id=\"special-guest\">Special guest<\/h2>\r\n <p>\r\n The council was delighted to welcome <strong>Neil Schneider DL<\/strong>, who joined the judging\r\n of the horticultural and craft classes as well as the ever-popular Chilton Dog Show.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <div class=\"note\">\r\n <p style=\"margin:0;\">\r\n \u201cWhat a great well organised and fun event. The event celebrated local talent,\r\n creativity and community spirit, with something on offer for all ages.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section class=\"panel\" aria-labelledby=\"highlights\">\r\n <h2 id=\"highlights\">Highlights from the day<\/h2>\r\n <p>\r\n The show featured a wide variety of attractions, demonstrations and community activities.\r\n Visitors were able to enjoy craft and horticultural classes, with entries from people of all ages,\r\n alongside live entertainment and family-friendly attractions.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n <div class=\"grid\">\r\n <div class=\"card\">\r\n <h3>Competitions and entries<\/h3>\r\n <p>\r\n Craft and horticultural classes welcomed entries from across the community, showcasing\r\n creativity, skill and local pride.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <div class=\"card\">\r\n <h3>Entertainment and displays<\/h3>\r\n <p>\r\n Attractions included the Town Crier, a Piper, music from Brenda Collins, Falconry Days\r\n displays, Leon\u2019s exotic animals and True Trades blacksmith demonstrations.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <div class=\"card\">\r\n <h3>Family activities<\/h3>\r\n <p>\r\n Visitors also enjoyed free face painting, tombolas and a wide range of stalls and vendors\r\n throughout the event.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section class=\"panel\" aria-labelledby=\"new-for-2025\">\r\n <h2 id=\"new-for-2025\">New for 2025<\/h2>\r\n <p>\r\n New features introduced this year proved especially popular. RPM Bike Displays, sponsored by the\r\n Banks Community Fund, presented a series of demonstrations to launch the\r\n <strong>Boards, Bikes and Brushes: Chilton Young People\u2019s Project<\/strong>.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <p>\r\n Visitors also welcomed <strong>Chi Chilton Taekwondo<\/strong>, who are looking to re-establish the\r\n martial arts club in the town, and <strong>Bishop FM<\/strong>, who broadcast live from the main marquee.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section class=\"panel\" aria-labelledby=\"community-thanks\">\r\n <h2 id=\"community-thanks\">Thanks to the community<\/h2>\r\n <p>\r\n Chilton Town Council, as event organisers, would like to thank everyone who attended and supported\r\n the event. The day was made possible by the contribution of community groups, volunteers, judges\r\n and partner organisations who worked hard to make the show a success.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <p>\r\n Thanks go to all those involved, including Chilton Scout Group, Great Aycliffe Rotary,\r\n Great Aycliffe Cancer Support Group, St John\u2019s Ambulance, NERAMS and the Police.\r\n Special thanks also go to the volunteers who worked tirelessly throughout the day and to the judges\r\n who took on the difficult task of selecting winners from so many strong entries.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section class=\"panel\" aria-labelledby=\"special-guest\">\r\n <h2 id=\"special-guest\">Special guest<\/h2>\r\n <p>\r\n The council was delighted to welcome <strong>Neil Schneider DL<\/strong>, who joined the judging\r\n of the horticultural and craft classes as well as the ever-popular Chilton Dog Show.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <div class=\"note\">\r\n <p style=\"margin:0;\">\r\n \u201cWhat a great well organised and fun event.
