It is a hybrid application comprising full planning permission for 148 Dwellings with associated SuDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems) and landscaping; and outline planning permission with all matters reserved for the development of up to 320 dwellings with associated SuDS and landscaping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chilton Town Council is a statutory consultee, and has facilitated two public meetings, one with Durham County Council&#8217;s Strategic Planning Team and one with AVANT Housing.
